4. Platform Services & Wagering

The Kall Out KO Platform, operated by Squadifi Ltd, provides services that enable users to compete in skill-based digital challenges and events. These competitions may involve virtual stakes in the form of in-platform currencies known as Tokens and Belts.

Some features may vary depending on whether you access the Platform via web, mobile app, or console. Platform-specific limitations apply (see Platform-Specific Terms).

4.1 Skill-Based Competitions

  • All challenges, matches, and tournaments hosted on the Platform are designed to be games of skill, where the outcome is determined by user performance, ability, and strategy—not chance.
  • Users may initiate or accept competitive matches where virtual stakes are placed. These stakes include:
    • Tokens – Purchased with real currency and used to enter events, purchase items, or unlock features.
    • Belts – Used to represent skill level and commitment; wagered in challenges for progression and rewards.

4.2 No Gambling or Games of Chance

  • Kall Out KO does not support or facilitate gambling. The platform does not involve randomised outcomes, loot boxes, betting odds, or games of chance.
  • Because outcomes are skill-based and user-determined, the Platform operates outside the scope of gambling laws in most jurisdictions.

4.3 Legal Compliance by Users

  • Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction concerning skill-based gaming and digital competition.
  • If your local laws restrict participation in such platforms or require specific permits, you must refrain from using these services unless in full compliance.

4.4 In-Platform Currency Terms

  • All virtual items and currencies, including Tokens and Belts, are governed by the Platform's Digital Goods & Virtual Currency Policy.
  • These virtual assets do not represent real-world monetary value and may be subject to expiration, forfeiture, or Platform removal under specific terms.
  • Users may convert certain assets into credits, which are eligible for withdrawal under defined conditions and may be subject to fees and identity verification.

For full details on digital currencies, purchasing, limitations, and withdrawal processes, please refer to our Digital Goods & Virtual Currency Policy.

4.5 Beta Features Disclaimer

  • Certain parts of the Platform—such as streaming automation tools, mini-games, AI integrations, or mobile app features—may be released in beta for early access, testing, or limited rollout purposes.
  • These features are provided "as is", may contain bugs or incomplete functionality, and may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
  • Squadifi Ltd does not guarantee performance, compatibility, uptime, or uninterrupted access to any beta feature and shall not be held liable for any issues resulting from its use.
  • Participation in beta programs may be subject to additional terms, user feedback collection, or non-disclosure agreements where applicable.

Subscription benefits may include reduced fees, priority support, exclusive events, enhanced visibility, and in-platform perks. These may vary and are described at the time of sign-up.

Cancellations:

If a trial or promotional period is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

No Refunds on Active Periods:

Once a subscription term begins, it is considered active and non-refundable, except where required by law.

For full terms, refer to our Subscription Terms & Billing Policy.

5.7 Affiliate & Referral Program Disclaimer

If you participate in the Platform's referral or affiliate program—such as earning rewards for inviting new users—the following conditions apply:

Reward Eligibility:

Rewards (e.g. Tokens, Credits, in-platform perks) are earned only after successful verification of referred users and their actions (e.g. sign-up, participation, or deposit). Rewards are not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable & Non-Withdrawable:

Referral rewards are non-refundable and may not be withdrawn unless expressly allowed under program terms.

Right to Modify or Suspend:

Squadifi Ltd reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel the referral or affiliate program at any time without notice.

Anti-Fraud Enforcement:

We reserve the right to disqualify accounts or withhold rewards if we detect:

  • Fake or duplicate accounts.
  • Self-referrals.
  • Misleading promotion or abuse of the system.

All referral activities must comply with the Platform's Community Guidelines, Fraud Prevention Policy, and applicable laws. Violations may result in account sanctions or removal from the program.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a secure, inclusive, and competitive environment for all users, Squadifi Ltd strictly prohibits certain behaviours on the Kall Out KO Platform. By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any conduct that undermines fair play, user safety, brand integrity, or system reliability.
