Welcome to Kall Out KO! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and content available at KallOut.io (the "Platform"). By accessing or using Kall Out KO, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Introduction

Kall Out KO is a competitive gaming and streaming platform that enables users to challenge each other, stream events, and interact with audiences. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Hosting skill-based 1vs1 battles and multiplayer competitions.
Live streaming and audience engagement features.
Virtual goods and in-platform currency transactions.
Monetisation opportunities for players and streamers.

2. User Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in challenges.
By registering, you agree to comply with these TOS, our Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

3. Account Creation & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account details.
Multiple accounts per user are not allowed and may result in account suspension.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@kallout.io.
To recover a compromised account, follow the process outlined in our Security & Fraud Prevention Policy.

4. Platform Services & Wagering

Kall Out KO facilitates skill-based competitions where users place virtual stakes using in-platform currency (Tokens & Belts).
This does not constitute gambling as outcomes depend on skill, not chance.
Users must comply with their local laws regarding skill-based gaming.

5. Payments, Fees & Withdrawals

Transactions on the platform involve deposits, virtual stakes, winnings, and withdrawals.
Platform fees apply to transactions and vary based on subscription status.
Withdrawal processing time: Up to 5 working days, subject to identity verification.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment, users must not:
Engage in cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraud.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Use offensive or illegal content while streaming or chatting.
Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

7. Content & Copyright

Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Kall Out KO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the platform.
If a user wishes to revoke this licence, they must submit a request to support@kallout.io.
Streaming or posting copyrighted content without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process user data in compliance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
Data collected includes account details, gameplay statistics, transaction history, and location data.
Users can request account and data deletion at any time by contacting support@kallout.io.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, users should first contact Support at support@kallout.io.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to third-party arbitration in accordance with UK laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

11. Liability & Indemnity

Kall Out KO is not liable for user disputes, financial losses, or service interruptions.
Users agree to indemnify Kall Out KO against claims arising from their use of the platform.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of changes.
